Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition is a PS5, Xbox Series X launch title

Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition, an upgraded port of the latest entry in Capcom’s long-running hack-and-slash motion franchise, is on its solution to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, the writer introduced Wednesday.

Vergil, Dante’s brother, shall be a playable character within the Special Edition. Owners of Devil May Cry 5’s PlayStation 4, Windows PC, or Xbox One variations — which debuted in March 2019 — will be capable to get Vergil as a paid add-on.

Other additions for this re-release embrace Turbo Mode — the power to play at 1.2x pace — and Legendary Dark Knight problem. Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition shall be “available digitally at launch” on each PS5 (Nov. 12) and Xbox Series X (Nov. 10) for $39.99. Capcom will launch a bodily disc model of the sport “at a later date,” the corporate announced on the series’ Twitter account.

Capcom is engaged on quite a lot of different next-generation video games. Resident Evil Village and Pragmata are each in improvement on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X; the previous is scheduled to be launched in 2021, whereas the latter is coming in 2022.
