Vodafone Allegedly Deducted Rs.99 from Users for International Roaming
Indian telecom operator Vodafone Idea reportedly deducted cash from its customers accounts with out a legitimate purpose. According to a number of tweets on the subject, the telecom operator deducted Rs.99 from customers accounts citing ‘International Roaming’ plans. However, having been caught inside their properties for the final two months, it’s apparent customers wouldn’t have activated a world roaming plan on their telephones only for the heck of it.

Most of the tweets say that the deduction occurred late final evening, and the customers solely received to find out about it within the morning. To make issues worse, the corporate’s buyer care is allegedly not useful both. Many are claiming that Vodafone’s IVRS system merely retains them on maintain and disconnects.

A couple of minutes in the past, the Vodafone India account replied to a buyer’s tweet. According to Vodafone’s tweet, the problem is attributable to a technical glitch and the quantity is being refunded. However, seeing the variety of tweets concerning the subject, it might be higher if the corporate put out a proper assertion about this glitch.
