Blackberry’s new smartphone Key2; Check Price, Release date & Specifications


Blackberry Key2 is coming sooner in May, 2018 with a great specifications. It is not yet announced, when is it launched? But from the leaks, it comes with 4.5 inch display. It will be available with IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with resolution of 1080×1620 pixels (3:2 ratio).
For the protection, the phone has Corning Gorilla Glass 4. It is coming with 151.4×71.8×8.5 mm body dimensions. The phone has QWERTY keyboard. It supports single SIM.


Blackberry Key2 runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) operating system. The phone is powered by Qualcomm SDM660 Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor. It has Adreno 512 GPU. The blackberry’s phone has 64 GB internal space and 6 GB RAM. The storage can be expandable up to 256 GB microSD card.


The phone sports dual rear camera 12 megapixel + 8 megapixel with phase detection autofocus, dual-LED flash. The camera features geo-tagging, face detection, HDR, touch focus & Panorama. It has 8 megapixel (1080 pixels) secondary front camera.
Blackberry Key2 has many connectivity features like Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi direct, Hotspot & dual-band. It supports Bluetooth 4.2, FM Radio, NFC, GPS, USB 3.1 Type-C 1.0 and USB On-The-Go. It has fingerprint (front-mounted), accelerometer, compass, gyro and proximity sensors.
For messaging, there is SMS, MMS, Email, Push Email, IM & BBM features. The phone has MP3/Wav/eAAc+/FLAC player, DivX/Xvid/Mp4/H.265 player, Photo/video editor and Document viewer under HTML5 for browsing features. The Blackberry Key2 smartphone comes with fast charging facility: 50% in 36 min (Quick charge 3.0).


Blackberry Key2 is powered by non-removable Li-Ion 3360 mAh battery. The new blackberry is available in Black, Gold, Gray & Silver color options.
